Ayia Napa: False Alarm About Explosive Device

Authorities were mobilized early in the afternoon following information about an explosive device at a property in Ayia Napa.

Instructions were immediately given to evacuate the area, and the foreseen security protocols were activated.

After searches lasting approximately three hours, nothing suspicious was found, confirming that the information was a hoax.
