Concern in Crete: 33-year-old Doctor Missing for a Month

The search continues for a 33-year-old doctor, Alexis Tsikopoulos, who has been missing in Crete for a month. Alexis, who works at the Venizelio Hospital in Heraklion, disappeared in December, causing great concern to his family and the authorities.

According to reports, Alexis's last contact with his family was by telephone, when he informed his father that he was not feeling well. His car was found with a malfunction in a village in Apokoronas, but he himself has not been located.

The missing man's mother remains in Chania, participating in the search and expressing hope that he will be found alive. The search involves the police, the Fire Service, EMAK with a specially trained dog, and drones.

The family appeals to anyone who knows anything about Alexis's fate to contact the Police. A Silver Alert has been issued.
