According to the Police, a 52-year-old Greek Cypriot man went to the site with a double-cabin vehicle to deliver scrap metal. During unloading, an explosion occurred, injuring himself, a foreign employee, and another citizen.
The injured were taken to the hospital conscious, but one underwent surgery. They sustained shrapnel wounds to the abdomen and lower extremities, and their condition is considered serious.
