Arnaoutis: Zero Tolerance Message on Narcotics

Police Chief Themistoklis Arnaoutis emphasized that combating narcotics is a top priority for the Police. He congratulated the members of YKAN for the recent major drug seizure in Strovolos on Thursday.

In a written statement, Mr. Arnaoutis stated that the operation is proof of the professionalism and self-denial of the Force members, who are critically hitting organized crime rings in Cyprus.

The Police Chief added that narcotics threaten youth and undermine the country's future, while the success of the operation sends a "clear message of zero tolerance towards any form of organized crime."

Mr. Arnaoutis called on the members of the Police to continue with the same zeal, assuring that the Police leadership supports every effort to combat narcotics and organized crime.
