Police Operation in Aspropyrgos: 12 Arrests

A special police operation was carried out yesterday (August 27, 2025) in a settlement in Aspropyrgos by the Western Attica Police Directorate. Various EL.AS. services participated in the operation, including O.P.K.E., DI.AS., and O.E.P.T.A., as well as a police dog and a drone.

12 people were arrested for various offenses, such as electricity theft, violation of personal data legislation, and forgery. Traffic violations were also confirmed. During house searches, a fake driver's license and a surveillance camera were confiscated. A DEDDIE crew removed electricity theft cables.

The arrested individuals were taken to the competent Prosecutor's Office.
