10-Year Sentence for 24-Year-Old in Paphos Drug Trafficking Case

The Paphos Permanent Criminal Court sentenced a 24-year-old man to 10 years in prison for drug trafficking. The case involved 16 kilograms of cannabis seized by YKAN in June 2025 at Paphos Airport.

The 24-year-old was found guilty of illegal import and possession of narcotics with intent to supply. The cannabis was discovered on June 10, 2025, upon his arrival at Paphos Airport from another European country.
