Abbakoum Monastery Burglary: Allegations of 'Ridicule'

A burglary occurred at the Abbakoum Monastery in Fterikoudi, with unknown individuals breaking down a door and ransacking a room. The Police are investigating the incident.

Archimandrite Nektarios reacted strongly, publicly denouncing the 'ridicule of the Metropolis and the Police'. He also brought back the dispute over the control of the Monastery.

In a Facebook post, Archimandrite Nektarios stated that the Abbakoum Monastery has remained 'defenseless' for a year and a half after its occupation by the Metropolitan of Tamasos. He also denounced the 'inability' of the Police.
