Prosecutor intervention regarding the opening of the Drosochori Ioannina tolls during farmer protests. Ioannina Traffic Police are forming a case file for potential offenses.

ELAS (Hellenic Police) has been ordered to record and identify participants in the protest. According to the Athens-Macedonian News Agency, tractors and agricultural vehicles were recorded, and material from Egnatia highway cameras is being used. Nikos Exarchos, Ioannina MP from KKE, was present at the protest.

Farmers state they are determined to continue protests but will facilitate travelers during the holidays. Minister of Rural Development, Kostas Tsiaras, stated that 74% of farmers' requests have been met, emphasizing that dialogue is the only solution. Government spokesperson Pavlos Marinakis reiterated that the majority of requests have been satisfied without burdening the budget.

Farmers proceeded to block the Promachonas border station for trucks. They opened the Sofades tolls on the E65 in Karditsa, while farmers in Nikaia raised the barriers at the Makrychori tolls. The Malgara tolls remain closed, and protests continue in various areas.
