Explosion at Larnaca Factory: Three Injured Taken to Hospital

Three people are being taken to the hospital after an explosion occurred at a factory in Aradippou, Larnaca, shortly before 10:00 AM.

According to police, around 09:45 AM, a 52-year-old Greek Cypriot man went to the site to deliver scrap metal. During unloading, an explosion occurred, injuring himself, a foreign employee of the metal recycling plant, and another citizen.

The three injured individuals are being transported to Larnaca General Hospital. The scene has been cordoned off, and the causes of the explosion are under investigation.
