GSP Stadium Vandalism: Five Police Cars Damaged

Clashes between fans and police occurred on Sunday night at the GSP stadium after the match between APOEL and AEK Larnaca. According to the Police, approximately 150 people moved towards the west stand, with the Police responding with tear gas.

A stone-throwing incident followed, resulting in damage to five police vehicles. As reported by OmegaLive, service weapons were stolen from the patrol cars, which were later found abandoned near the stadium.

Police investigations are ongoing.
