New revelations emerged during the court proceedings in the Limassol District Court regarding the murder of Stavros Demosthenous and the four accused.

According to the evidence presented, the 31-year-old Georgian is allegedly linked to DNA found on a hat in the area where the white van was burned. Gunpowder particles were also detected on the hat, indicating potential weapon use.

The roles of the other defendants:

  • 30-year-old convict: Allegedly ordered the purchase of the getaway motorcycle from prison.
  • 30-year-old Greek Cypriot: Involved in the purchase of the motorcycle.
  • 51-year-old: His DNA was found on a jerrycan in the stolen car.

Testimony indicates that the motorcycle driver wore a carnival mask. The court will decide on Monday regarding the detention of the three, while the 51-year-old was released on bail.
