Attorney General: Investigation into Controversial Video and Potential Offenses

The Attorney General and the Assistant Attorney General met with the Chief of Police to be briefed on the investigation into the controversial video recently published.

The Police, under the guidance of the Legal Service, are examining the possibility of hybrid activity against the Republic of Cyprus, as well as the content of the video for potential criminal offenses.

The Chief of Police provided an update on the measures taken in Cyprus and abroad, and instructions were given for further actions and immediate notification to the Attorney General.
