Japan: Knife and Chlorine Attack at Factory – 15 Injured

Fifteen people were injured in a knife and chlorine attack at a tire factory for heavy vehicles in central Japan. The injured are hospitalized.
According to first aid services, some of the injured have knife wounds, while others were attacked with a liquid believed to be chlorine.
Japanese media, including NHK, reported the arrest of a suspect for attempted murder.
Of the 15 injured, at least 6 are hospitalized. Police are investigating the incident.
Violent crime is relatively rare in Japan.
