Kalamata: Suspects in Finikounta Double Homicide Get Arraignment Delay

The suspects in the double homicide that occurred in Finikounta were brought to the Kalamata courthouse and received a deadline to testify on Sunday.

According to the lawyer of the 22-year-old alleged perpetrator, Dimitris Gavellas, his client denies shooting, although he is accused of multiple counts of intentional homicide.

Authorities are investigating the involvement of a third person, who had telephone communication with one of the 22-year-olds shortly before the crime.

The case began to unfold when the perpetrator's accomplice surrendered to authorities on Tuesday and confessed his involvement.
