Kalamata: Rottweiler Attacks 76-Year-Old - Son Shocked

A 76-year-old man was attacked by a Rottweiler in Kalamata. According to his son, the incident occurred in the backyard of the family's shop. The elderly man sustained serious injuries to his left arm and is hospitalized.

The victim's son told protothema.gr that he is shocked, as they had the dog for 10 years without problems. Passersby called the police, who arrived at the scene. A police officer shot and killed the Rottweiler to save the man.
