Shocking body camera footage captured the rescue of a baby left alone in a car in California. The incident occurred on June 17 in the city of Corona.

Police were called after reports of a baby alone inside a parked car. Officers broke the driver's side window to free the child, as the temperature inside the car had reached 43 degrees Celsius.

No information has been released about the baby's parents or how long it was inside the vehicle. The police department released the video as a warning to citizens.

It is recalled that a few days ago, in Florida, a father was arrested for the death of his 18-month-old son, whom he left for hours in a hot van.
