Complaint About 112 Response to Fire Call – Administrative Investigation

An administrative investigation has been launched following a complaint about the response a citizen received from a 112 operator regarding a fire in the Paphos district. According to the citizen, the response was: "I'm not the one who will put it out..."
The citizen described their experience on social media, stating that the 112 operator treated them with "utmost apathy." They reported the start of a fire and its potential spread, receiving the dismissive response.
