Hind Rajab Files Complaint in Cyprus Against Israeli Soldier for Alleged 'War Crimes'

The Hind Rajab Foundation has filed a criminal complaint with Cypriot authorities seeking the arrest of an Israeli soldier, Tameer Mulla, allegedly present in Cyprus. Mulla is accused of 'war crimes' during the offensive in the Gaza Strip from 2023–2025.
According to the complaint, Mulla served in the 101st Paratroopers Battalion and is implicated in military operations in Palestinian cities. The Hind Rajab Foundation supports the allegations with evidence, including videos posted by Mulla on social media, showing his alleged involvement in the destruction of civilian residences and infrastructure.
The allegations include the forced evacuation of Nasser Hospital and the destruction of a school in Jabalia. The foundation emphasizes that these actions constitute violations of the Rome Statute and calls on Cyprus to arrest Mulla and initiate criminal prosecution.
Israeli media report that the Hind Rajab Foundation targets Israeli soldiers through campaigns publicizing personal information and legal actions.
