The "prosecution" in the occupied territories has requested the "military court" to detain all 5 Greek Cypriot "arrestees" for three months until their "trial" begins. The proceedings are ongoing, with the session held at the Nicosia "district court" due to a technical issue at the "military court".

The charges include "violation of a military prohibited zone." One of them is accused of illegal entry into the pseudo-state, as his passage through the Strovilia checkpoint was not recorded, while the other 4 are accused of complicity.

The lawyer of the 5 Greek Cypriots countered that his clients have repeatedly crossed the checkpoints, presenting relevant documents. He also raised questions about the operation of the cameras at the Strovilia checkpoint, which, according to the "police investigator," were not working during the crossing.

During the proceedings, one of the women felt unwell, resulting in a temporary interruption of the session.
