Kifissia: Drunk Driver Damages Seven Parked Cars

A drunk driver caused material damage to seven parked cars in Kifissia late Friday.

According to the police, the driver, approximately 50 years old, initially hit a tree on Argous Street and then two parked vehicles. Subsequently, he crashed into another three cars and, while continuing to maneuver, into two more vehicles on Nafpliou Street.

The police officers who arrested him found that he had consumed seven times the permitted alcohol limit, with the breathalyzer showing 1.86 mg/l, while the permitted limit is 0.25 mg/l.

The driver is expected to be taken to court.
