Larnaca: 55-Year-Old Arrested for Poaching – Nets and Dead Bird Found

Police arrested a 55-year-old man for poaching during a search of a fenced area in the Larnaca district. The search resulted in the seizure of three wild bird trapping nets, four loudspeakers, four sound-producing devices, and one dead wild bird.

Members of the Game and Fauna Service released six wild birds found at the scene. An out-of-court fine is expected to be issued to the 55-year-old. Zygi Police Station is continuing the investigation.
