Larnaca: Arrests for Car Theft and Property Theft

Police in Larnaca have arrested two individuals, aged 50 and 48, in connection with the theft of a car and other property. The arrests followed an operation by the Nicosia TAE (Criminal Investigation Department).
A stolen car was found on fenced property owned by the 50-year-old. A second car, allegedly used in a burglary at a store in Larnaca on December 26, was also found at the same location. Televisions and an audio mixing device were stolen from the store.
During the search, televisions, speakers, and electronic items believed to have been stolen from the store were found. The 48-year-old arrestee was wanted on a warrant for the burglary. He is also under investigation for a traffic collision involving the stolen car on December 29.
The two arrestees have been detained, and the investigation is ongoing by the Larnaca TAE and the Larnaca Traffic Police.
