Limassol: 28-year-old arrested in drug case

A 28-year-old man from Iran, who was wanted in connection with a case of illegal possession and supply of drugs committed in 2025 in Limassol, has been arrested by the police following a tip-off.

The police had issued an announcement to locate him, but after his arrest, they withdrew the publication of his photo for reasons of personal data protection and journalistic ethics.

The suspect is allegedly involved in a case of supplying cocaine and 'ecstasy'.
