Limassol: 32-year-old dies after falling from balcony

A 32-year-old man died in Limassol after falling from the second floor of a building in the Zakaki area. Authorities are investigating the circumstances of the death, with initial indications pointing to an accident.

According to the police, information about the injured man in a parking lot of an apartment building in Zakaki was given around 1 a.m. The man was taken to Limassol General Hospital, where he died shortly after.

Investigations revealed that the foreigner was working in Cyprus. He reportedly tried to jump from the balcony of the second floor to another balcony of the apartment where he lived with his compatriots. During the incident, his partner was in the apartment.

Police are investigating the case of unnatural death and taking statements. Efforts are being made to inform his relatives abroad.
