Limassol: Decision on Remand of Suspects in Abduction Case Tomorrow

The Limassol District Court will announce its decision tomorrow regarding the request for the remand of seven suspects arrested in connection with the abduction and assault of two men of Syrian origin.

The victims were allegedly threatened and beaten by their compatriots due to financial disputes. They were found on Sunday by police at a property in Ypsonas, bound hand and foot.

The seven suspects face charges of conspiracy to commit a felony, abduction, demanding money with threats, assault, and causing actual bodily harm. Until the decision is announced, the suspects remain in custody.
