Limassol: Investigation into Whether 34-Year-Old Motorcyclist Wore Helmet

Authorities in Limassol are investigating the circumstances surrounding the fatal traffic accident involving 34-year-old Mohamed Al Ahmed from Syria. The accident occurred when a 20-year-old driver, making a right turn on Kantaras Street, collided with the motorcycle driven by the 34-year-old.

Mohamed Al Ahmed was taken to a private hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. Police are investigating whether the 34-year-old was wearing a helmet at the time of the accident.

The 20-year-old driver underwent alcohol and drug tests, with negative results.
