The investigation continues into the murder of 30-year-old Victory Osarumen Thompson in Limassol. Investigative authorities presented new revelations at the Limassol District Court during the renewal of the five suspects' detention.

According to testimonies, the victim begged them to stop hitting her. Residents of the apartment building reported that the beating lasted two hours. Broken objects and a broken broomstick were found in the apartment.

The nurse who first arrived at the scene found the victim naked, without a pulse, and with blows to the head and bruises all over her body. The suspects were examined by government psychiatrists. The police continue their investigations, with 41 more depositions expected and closed-circuit surveillance being evaluated.
