Limassol: 31-Year-Old Seriously Injured While Fleeing Police

A 31-year-old man is hospitalized in Limassol with a spinal fracture following a police chase and subsequent arrest on Sunday. A small quantity of drugs was found in his possession.

According to police, the 31-year-old was driving a quad bike without license plates and without a helmet in the Limassol area. When signaled to stop, he attempted to flee, driving dangerously and against the traffic flow.

At some point, he collided with a car and was stopped. A small amount of cannabis, a grinder, and a knife were found in his possession. He was arrested for immediate offenses. Investigations are ongoing.
