Limassol: 35-Year-Old Arrested for Drug Trafficking – Cocaine, MDMA, and Cannabis Seized

The Drug Law Enforcement Unit (YKAN) arrested a 35-year-old in Limassol for drug trafficking. During a police operation, 977 grams of cocaine, 40 grams of MDMA ('Ecstasy'), and 176 grams of cannabis were seized.

According to the police, the arrest occurred after a check of the 35-year-old, who was traveling in his car. 910 grams of cocaine were found in the vehicle. A search of his residence followed, where an additional 67 grams of cocaine, 60 grams of cannabis were found, and in the second car 116 grams of cannabis and 40 grams of MDMA.

€140 and two mobile phones were also confiscated. Investigations are continuing by the YKAN Provincial Unit in Limassol.
