Nicosia: 50-year-old Detained for 4 Days After Gun Found in Car

A 50-year-old man in Nicosia has been detained for 4 days after a gun was found in his car. The arrest was made by the Police following a report of a dispute outside a kiosk.

The 50-year-old admitted that the gun belonged to him. A bullet was also found in the outside area of the kiosk, which the 50-year-old claimed belonged to him.

From preliminary examinations, the gun appears to be an air pistol. The case is being investigated by the Nicosia CID.
