Nicosia: Food Delivery Driver Robbed at Knifepoint

A 25-year-old food delivery driver, a third-country national and student, reported to the Police that he was robbed in Aglantzia, Nicosia.

According to the complaint, a group of 5-6 young men attacked him after receiving a food order he delivered around one o'clock in the morning on Wednesday. The perpetrators, at knifepoint, stole the motorcycle, helmet, mobile phone, pouch with money and personal documents of the delivery driver.

The 25-year-old later located his motorcycle, helmet and mobile phone in the area. The Police are conducting investigations to identify the perpetrators.
