Tourists Robbed in Paphos – Police Investigation

The Police are investigating a case of robbery reported by a couple of tourists in Paphos around 2.30 am on Sunday.

According to the report, while the couple was walking on Poseidonos Avenue, they were approached by a number of young people. One of them harassed the 30-year-old woman, and when the 30-year-old man asked for explanations, three of the young men attacked him and stole a shoulder bag. While the 30-year-old woman tried to help, they stole her purse with her mobile phone.

The couple received medical care at Paphos General Hospital and were discharged. The case is being investigated by the Paphos CID.
