Police Raids and Arrests Across Cyprus

The Cyprus Police conducted extensive operations last night aimed at preventing criminal activity and enhancing public safety. The operations resulted in the arrest of nine people for various offenses.

A total of 954 vehicles and 1,124 individuals were checked. Additionally, 39 premises were inspected, resulting in nine complaints.

During traffic controls, 394 complaints were filed for traffic violations, including 37 for driving under the influence of alcohol and 5 for driving under the influence of drugs. 22 vehicles were impounded.

Police operations continue daily throughout Cyprus.
