A Turkish Cypriot has been 'arrested' by the so-called police in the occupied territories in connection with the case of the 5 Greek Cypriots. The man, with the initials N.O., an employee of the 'land registry department', appeared today in the 'district court' of Famagusta.

He is accused of supplying documents and maps to the five Greek Cypriots who entered the pseudo-state 'illegally'. According to Kibris Postasi, the five G/Cs entered the pseudo-state from the Strovilia checkpoint, 'violating the military zone' without completing the crossing procedures. Maps, title deeds, and various documents were confiscated from the vehicle they used.

According to the 'Famagusta News Agency', the T/C 'arrested' appeared today in the 'district court' of Famagusta, where the 'police investigator' said that the documents found in the blue folder in the possession of the G/Cs were given to them by the real estate agent A.U, who took them from N.O, who worked in the 'land registry department' of Kyrenia. A.U was also 'arrested' last week. The 'police' requested a three-day 'detention' of N.O.
