Woman Found Dead on Limassol Promenade

A woman was found dead on a promenade in the Amathounta area of Limassol on Wednesday afternoon. Passersby discovered the body and notified the authorities.

According to Omega Channel correspondent Evangelos Evangelou, an ambulance transported the woman to a private hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

Preliminary examinations showed no external injuries, and police are investigating possible pathological causes or sudden death. The woman's identity remains unknown, and investigations are ongoing.
