OPEKEPE: House Arrest for Ex-Wife of Alleged Leader

By decision of the judicial authorities, the ex-wife of the alleged leader of a criminal organization that illegally collected subsidies from OPEKEPE has been placed under house arrest with electronic monitoring.
The woman pleaded before the European Investigator, denying the charges of managing illegal income, claiming ignorance of her ex-husband's activities.
The defendant claimed that the money in her accounts was related to her legitimate business activity in the clothing sector and a related subsidy she received. The process continues with the apologies of other defendants.
So far, the Investigator and Prosecutor have decided on the pre-trial detention of 9 defendants.
