Paphos: Minors Started Fires, 13-Year-Old with Knife

Police intensify checks to prevent the use of firecrackers and the lighting of bonfires. Last night in the Paphos district, minors were starting fires.

Around 7:00 p.m., police located a fire and a 13-year-old with a knife. The minor's guardian was called and picked him up.

Also, around 8:30 p.m., another fire was found with a 17-year-old and a 23-year-old, who was arrested for outstanding warrants.

The police continue actions to prevent dangerous behaviors.
