Paphos: Arrests for Theft of Household Equipment

Police in Paphos have arrested four individuals in connection with the theft of household equipment. The suspects, aged 16, 24, 25, and 30, face charges including conspiracy, burglary, illegal entry, and theft.
According to the police, a burglary at a residence was reported on March 29, 2026. Following a search of a house in Paphos, authorities located the four suspects. During the search, the 25-year-old was found in possession of a crystalline substance resembling methamphetamine, burglary tools, and other items.
In addition, household appliances such as lighting fixtures, stove, extractor fan, television, and video camera were found in the house, for which no adequate explanation was given. It was found that some of the items had been stolen from a building under construction and from a house in Paphos.
The Paphos District Court ordered their detention for five days. Investigations are continuing by the Paphos TAE.
