Cyprus Police Operation: 10 Arrests and 120 Traffic Violations

The Cyprus Police conducted extensive patrols throughout Cyprus, resulting in the arrest of 10 people and the recording of 120 traffic violations.
The operations, aimed at preventing criminal activities and ensuring public order, led to arrests for offenses such as illegal stay, drug possession, and impersonation. A total of 892 drivers and passengers were checked, and 39 premises were inspected, resulting in 10 complaints.
During the traffic controls, authorities recorded 51 cases of driving under the influence of alcohol and 40 for speeding. 20 vehicles were detained. The Police announced that the operations will continue.
