Arrest of 5 Greek Cypriots in occupied territories: Scenario and inactive cameras

According to a report, the camera system at the Turkish Cypriot checkpoint in Strovilia was inactive for 4 months when the 5 Greek Cypriots crossed into the occupied territories on July 19. The 5 Greek Cypriots have been detained ever since.
In the "military court," it was mentioned that the 5 visited property belonging to one of them, where 75 residences have been built. The "police" arrested them later, following a complaint.
In the "district court" of Trikomo, the three Greek Cypriots accused of trespassing and causing disturbance were not detained, with the "prosecution" not submitting a request for pre-trial detention.
In the "court," the defense challenged the claims that a man deliberately did not register his identity, emphasizing that he is 1.90 meters tall and was sitting in the back seat.
A "police officer" admitted that the cameras had not been working since April due to works by the "municipality" of Famagusta. Evidence was presented showing that the 5 Greek Cypriots had crossed the checkpoint hundreds of times before their arrest.
