PASYDY: Nurse Assault Reported at Limassol A&E Department

PASYDY condemns a violent incident that occurred in the Accident and Emergency Department of Limassol General Hospital. According to the announcement, the incident took place on Sunday morning.

PASYDY expresses its support for the nurse who was attacked, as well as the staff of the A&E department. It calls for an immediate investigation of the incident by OKYPY and the Police, and to verify the implementation of security measures in A&E departments.

The General Nursing Staff Branch of PASYDY emphasizes that the protection of health professionals is a priority and calls for the full implementation of legislation to punish the perpetrators.
