Warning! Products Recalled from the Market – Toys Included

The Consumer Protection Service (CPS) has announced the recall of dangerous products from the market through the European Rapid Alert System (RAPEX).

According to the announcement, 117 products identified in various EU countries pose risks to consumer health and safety. The list includes toys.

Consumers can find the list of products on the CPS website.

The CPS calls on importers, distributors, and retailers to immediately stop distributing the products and to notify the Service. Consumers who own the products are urged to stop using them and return them to the store where they were purchased.

In case of non-compliance of the product, consumers are entitled to replacement or withdrawal from the contract within 2 years from the original delivery.
