Public Prosecutors are abstaining from their duties until 13:30 after the new attack against a colleague in Paphos, whose vehicle was burned last night.

The Attorney General, Giorgos Savvides, stated that this is an "attack against justice, the Legal Service, and the rule of law." He emphasized the need to protect the officials of the Legal Service and to combat organized crime.

Giorgos Savvides has met with the President of the Republic, the Minister of Justice, and the Chief of Police.
