Serious Injury to Worker in Kiato Factory Accident

A 40-year-old Albanian worker was seriously injured in an accident at a fruit factory in Moulki, Kiato. The accident occurred on Wednesday, April 1, when her hair got caught in a machine.

According to reports, the woman was initially taken to the Kiato Health Center by two people who claimed they found her on the street. Doctors found skin loss from the forehead area to the scalp. She was then transferred to the General Hospital of Athens "Georgios Gennimatas", where she is hospitalized out of danger.

Her 42-year-old employer was arrested but released on verbal orders. Police are investigating the circumstances of the accident.
