Kurdish Man Arrested in Deryneia on Terrorism Charges

A 45-year-old Kurdish man was arrested in Deryneia while attempting to cross from the occupied territories into the free areas. An Interpol warrant was pending against him for terrorism-related issues.

The suspect was brought before the Larnaca District Court, and the proceedings were adjourned until next Tuesday. The prosecution is expected to request his detention, while the defense lawyers are expected to object to the detention and extradition.
