Domestic worker arrested for attacking elderly man in Chios

Police in Chios have arrested a domestic worker accused of causing bodily harm to an elderly man. The woman, of Romanian origin, allegedly attacked the elderly man, hitting him on the head and tying him to a metal bed frame.

According to the police, the victim's daughter reported the incident, providing video footage from a camera she had installed in the house. The daughter also reported that a similar incident of violence had occurred 20 days earlier against her mother.
