Father Arrested for Violence: Three-Month-Old Baby in Serious Condition

A three-month-old infant is hospitalized in serious condition at Makario Hospital, with police investigating a case of domestic violence.

According to the Police, the baby's father was arrested with a court warrant, as tests showed that the infant suffers from shaken baby syndrome.

The 28-year-old faces charges of causing grievous bodily harm, child endangerment, child abuse under 16, and other acts of causing bodily harm. The Nicosia CID is conducting the investigation.
