Vasilis Paiteris Arrested for Debt

Singer Vasilis Paiteris was arrested following a traffic police check, as it was found that there was a conviction against him for debts.

According to reports, the 75-year-old was arrested while on his way to rehearsal with Sabrina at the Gyalino Music Theatre, ahead of scheduled appearances on October 18 and 25.

According to Espresso newspaper, the conviction concerns an unpaid fine for urban planning violations related to the construction of a building outside the plan in Agia Varvara.
