Fatal Accident in Limassol: Questions Surround Doru-Gheorghe Spataceanu's Death

New details are emerging regarding the death of 65-year-old Doru-Gheorghe Spataceanu, from Romania, who died after a traffic accident in Limassol on September 4th. The autopsy did not yield immediate conclusions about the cause of death.

Forensic pathologist Angeliki Papetta performed the autopsy, taking samples for histopathological examinations. According to reports, Spataceanu suffered rib fractures and had pre-existing chronic health problems.

The accident occurred when a bus, under unclear circumstances, reversed and hit him. Doru-Gheorghe Spataceanu was hospitalized in a private hospital in Limassol.

The Limassol Traffic Police investigations are ongoing.
