Fatal Car Accident in Avdimou: 68-year-old Nikos Paris Dead

A fatal car accident occurred late yesterday afternoon on the Avdimou - Anogyra road, claiming the life of Nikos Paris, 68 years old, a resident of Anogyra.

The victim's vehicle collided head-on with a car driven by a 58-year-old, under investigation. Nikos Paris was fatally injured, and the 58-year-old driver is hospitalized with serious injuries at the Limassol General Hospital.

According to the head of the Limassol traffic police, Marios Charalambous, the Fire Department was needed to extricate the two drivers. The 68-year-old was not wearing a seat belt. Investigations into the causes of the accident are ongoing.
